What will my sign look like in real life?
We send a digital mockup of your design for approval before production starts, so you know exactly what to expect. The finished sign is made to match it.
How long does it take?
Production typically takes 7 to 10 business days, and shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on where you are. In a hurry? Contact us and we will look at faster options.
Can I hang it outside?
Signs made with this tool are designed for indoors. For an outdoor sign, get in touch and we will build it with outdoor-rated materials.
How do I plug it in?
Connect the dimmer between the sign and the power supply, then plug the power supply into a standard wall outlet.
How do I hang it?
Each sign comes with mounting hardware and instructions for hanging it securely on a wall or from a ceiling.
Can I use my own logo?
