Products and Services
Brights Neon offers custom and pre-designed products including LED neon signs and other signage products.
Because many products are handmade or customized, minor variations in color, measurements, positioning, materials, or appearance may occur.
Digital images and screen displays may also show colors differently from the finished physical product.
Custom Designs
For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing correct text, artwork, logos, measurements, colors, and other requested information.
Where Brights Neon provides a mockup or design proof, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing it before approval.
Once a design has been approved, the approved design becomes the basis for manufacturing.
Brights Neon will not normally be responsible for customer-approved spelling errors, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or other details specifically approved by the customer.
Intellectual Property and Customer Artwork
By submitting logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, names, fonts, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it and authorize Brights Neon to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
Brights Neon may refuse a design or order that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or indicated on the website.
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, specifications, and offers may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors.
If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we may contact you before proceeding.
Payment

Custom products are manufactured specifically for individual orders, and production time may vary depending on complexity, quantity, material availability, design revisions, and seasonal demand.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other events outside our reasonable control may occur.
Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed safely and appropriately.

For installations involving electrical wiring, elevated mounting, commercial premises, structural modifications, or other specialized work, customers should use an appropriately qualified professional where required.
